We offer FREE Standard Delivery to England, Scotland & Wales on ALL orders.
Express Delivery is available for a small surcharge. All other orders will be subject to additional delivery charges.
Standard Delivery will take 2-4 business days, however we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible.
We offer an Express Delivery option on certain products for a small additional charge, with delivery times between 1-2 business days.
We use a number of couriers, including DPD, Parcelforce, Evri, UPS and DHL and will provide tracking the same day as the order is dispatched. Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday 9am – 6pm.
Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process.
Due to the size and the weight of orders many of our products ship in multiple boxes which can sometimes be separated in transit as it goes through the courier’s network and may not be delivered together. We would recommend checking the tracking in the first instance and if the rest of order hasn’t turned up within 48 hours please contact us.
European orders will take between 7-10 business days for delivery, however may be subject to longer delivery times depending on local customs clearance procedures. Shipments to Europe will incur a small additional delivery charge which will be shown at checkout. Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, with the courier reaching out to you directly.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At BRAINGAIN we want you to be 100% happy with your order but we understand people sometimes change their mind.
If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Please keep your original packaging as items must be returned in their original packaging. As our items are heavy goods, the packaging we provide gives our products the best chance from being damaged in transit and reaching back to us in good condition.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like us to arrange shipping for you, we can provide you with a quote and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We would recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not able to issue a refund until we have received your items.
